Boot Camp

Sweating with athletic training. Anything goes in this class. Use weights, sports drills, interval training, and can use boxing skills, as well as step or Hi/Lo aerobics and jump ropes to give you an AWESOME cross training regiment.

 

Booty & Abs:

All levels can take this 45-minute class that will focus on awesome abs plus glutes. Get great abs and hard buns to match! Exercises include core work, squats and lunges plus much more. Modifications will be demonstrated.

Core Express/Rock Bottom:

Start with 30minute Core Express class targeting the abs, lower back, and the entire  mid-section!  Continue on with 30minutes of lower body exercises to strengthen and sculpt some rock hard glutes and legs!  Come for either 30 minute segment, or all!

Implementing a unique and effective combination of Tabata Interval training (going for broke for 20 seconds then 10 seconds passive recovery for 4 full minutes), functional movements (i.e. squats, lunges, pushups), floorwork and an unweighted bar, you'll tackle core work, gain muscle strength without bulk, improve balance and gain flexibility!
